Todd focuses on providing analytically sound, forward-thinking, and economically grounded advice to clients seeking creative solutions for their real estate challenges.
Todd is a Managing Director in RCLCO’s Real Estate Economics practice and leads our Austin, Texas office. Todd manages and directs engagements for developers, landowners, investors, and public sector entities seeking strategic advice regarding their real estate. His work is focused on providing market-driven and economically sound guidance for large-scale landowners, master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, destination resorts, and other complex, multi-use, large-scale land use challenges.
Prior to joining RCLCO in 2004, Todd’s professional career includes over seven years of experience in construction management with Skanska in Atlanta, GA and W. H. Bass, Inc. in Norcross, GA. Much of his work was concentrated on managing ground-up construction and development projects in the retail, banking, education, and telecommunications sectors.
Todd is an active member of the Urban Land institute and is currently serving as Co-Chair of Community Development Council (CDC Black), a national ULI product council, and has been a guest speaker/lecturer/panelist at numerous real estate industry events and universities.
Todd earned his Master of Business Administration (finance and real estate) from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
Todd is both an urbanist and outdoor enthusiast as well as a consumer of live music across the country.
