Ryan Guerdan focuses on guiding clients through market feasibility studies across the United States and Caribbean
Ryan Guerdan is a Vice President based in RCLCO’s Orlando office on the Real Estate Economics Team. Since joining the firm in 2018, Ryan has conducted feasibility studies both domestic and abroad and has experience in financial modeling & optimization analysis, fiscal & economic impact studies, and development segmentation across a number of residential and commercial land uses with a focus on master planned community development. He excels at identifying key market opportunities and positioning considerations for mixed-use and large-scale projects and heads up RCLCO’s STEMdex Advisory.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Ryan worked at Franklin Street Real Estate Services as a Financial Analyst.
Ryan attended the University of South Florida where he received a B.S. in Finance. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Orlando.
Born in Orlando, Florida, Ryan enjoys bicycling, frisbee golf, watching football, and spending time with his wife, son, and pets.
