Peter is responsible for acquisitions and asset management on behalf of RFA’s clients
Peter Botz is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors (RFA), a leading advisor to institutional clients. He is based in the company’s Los Angeles office, where he is responsible for acquisitions, asset management, and identifying and underwriting new managers for institutional clients.
Prior to joining RFA, Peter worked in real estate private equity at The Carlyle Group, where he invested approximately $300 million of equity in various development and acquisition opportunities across the Western United States. Prior to Carlyle, Peter worked in investment banking at Lazard where he advised institutional clients on corporate mergers and acquisitions. Peter began his career in the real estate investment banking group of Eastdil Secured.
Peter received a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgetown University.
In his free time, Peter enjoys golfing, surfing, and riding motorcycles.
