Patricia provides private and public clients with actionable insights on market opportunities to inform strategic development decisions.
At RCLCO, her work has largely comprised strategic market analyses, feasibility studies, transit and community revitalization plans, market selection, and highest and best use analyses. Her experience has primarily focused on for-sale development, from branded residences in urban and resort settings to large, master-planned communities. She brings her creative problem-solving to complex projects across a variety of scales and geographies.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Patricia was a Marketing Manager with Steinberg Hart in Los Angeles, where she focused on growing the architecture firm’s urban mixed-use and higher education portfolio. Before that, Patricia worked in marketing and business development for several renowned design firms in New York and Los Angeles. Patricia leverages her background in architecture and planning to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in the service of client goals.
Patricia received her Bachelor of Architecture degree from Rice University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business.
Originally from Houston, Texas, Patricia grew up with an appreciation of good food and arts and culture.
