Mike focuses on investment underwriting and asset management for institutional clients’ real estate portfolios
Mike is a Vice President at RCLCO Fund Advisors, based in Los Angeles, CA whose role involves financial analysis, due diligence, hold / sell analyses, restructuring analyses, new investment strategy identification and recommendation, and portfolio monitoring / management. Mike works directly with joint venture partners on behalf of institutional investors to deploy capital in a variety of real estate asset classes, with a focus on data centers and industrial properties. Mike also assists the firm in recruiting, training, and technology development efforts.
Prior to joining RCLCO in 2019, Mike was an Investment Analyst at Citymark Capital, a real estate private equity firm investing in multifamily properties across the U.S. During his tenure with Citymark, Mike assisted in the underwriting, diligence, and closing of over $150M of value-add multifamily real estate. At Citymark, Mike assisted with acquisitions, asset management, portfolio & fund analysis, reporting, investor relations, fundraising, and firm marketing efforts. Prior to joining Citymark, Mike interned at Carnegie Management and Development Corporation, a real estate development firm, where he focused on development underwriting, asset management, and property management.
Mike attended The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business where he received a BSBA in Finance.
