Lauren Hinson leads the firm’s people operations and human capital initiatives
Lauren’s role centers around people and culture in the organization, working across our overlapping service lines and office locations. She is responsible for overseeing talent management, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and is involved in learning and development initiatives and fostering team cohesion throughout the organization. Lauren serves as co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Network and chair of both the Parents’ Network and DEI Committee at RCLCO. Other key responsibilities involve direction of the firm’s administrative team and of our firmwide company retreat, RCLCO University.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Lauren worked in the real estate and marketing industries for several firms in Arizona and Southern California where she was involved in organization development, talent systems, and development and delivery of training programs with a heavy emphasis on technology-driven tools.
Lauren has a BA in Business with a concentration in communication from Arizona State University and belongs to Society for Human Resource Management and Urban Land Institute.
A native to Phoenix, Lauren enjoys staying active outdoors with her husband, two children, and golden retriever.
