Kelsey partners with clients to create impactful strategic plans and build high-performing teams
Kelsey is a Vice President at RCLCO working within the management consulting group on long-range strategic plans, organizational strategies, and executive searches for all types of commercial real estate clients. She specializes in designing and building effective teams so that clients can successfully navigate periods of transition. Kelsey is adept at crafting tailored strategies and implementation plans that are highly relevant and impactful, drawing on her national experience to fit the unique context of each engagement. Whether developing 5-year strategic plans or identifying a new senior leadership team member through an executive search, Kelsey is committed to the long-term success of client organizations.
Previously, Kelsey worked at U3 Advisors as a strategic real estate consultant to higher education institutions and other mission-driven organizations. She worked both inside of institutions on organizational assessments and staffing plans and outside of the campus footprint on off-campus development projects, market analyses, and anchor strategies. Two of her main projects included the redevelopment of a 180-acre brownfield site in Pittsburgh into a 21st-century innovation district and a district-wide vision and investment strategy for a health sciences campus in downtown New Orleans.
Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Arts from Indiana University and a Master of Regional Planning from Cornell University with a concentration in real estate.
Kelsey enjoys zipping around NYC on a Citi Bike, walking or picnicking in Central Park, and fostering dogs through a local animal rescue organization.
