Karl Pischke helps clients throughout the Southeast understand their markets and make strategic development decisions
Karl Pischke helps lead RCLCO’s Real Estate Economics (REE) practice in the Southeastern United States from his office in Orlando, Florida. His data-driven analysis includes a diversity of product types, with a particular emphasis on Master-Planned Community segmentation strategies and work with large landowner clients, as well as multifamily rental apartment and condominium feasibility analysis.
At RCLCO, Karl works with a variety of clients to provide strategic guidance for developments ranging from urban high-rise apartments to beachfront condominiums, build-for-rent single-family homes, greenfield master-planned communities, suburban town centers, and everything in between. Karl leads the firm’s Top-Selling Master-Planned Community (MPC) database, tracking the performance of hundreds of communities throughout the country on a semi-annual basis and publishing the results as part of RCLCO’s Advisory. Outside of his consulting work, Karl also serves on the board for the RCLCO Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2006 to positively influence the availably and development of affordable housing.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Karl obtained a Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Finance from the University of Florida.
Originally from Jupiter, Florida, Karl enjoys spending time outdoors and being on the water with his dog. Karl and his wife are avid travelers and are closing in on their goal to visit every continent.
