Erin Talkington leads RCLCO’s sports and entertainment and large-scale mixed-use practice, including the majority of the firm’s public sector work
In her current role, Erin has grown RCLCO’s sports and entertainment practice, working with 20+ teams, cities, developers, and landowners to advance their mixed-use development planning adjacent to current and future venues–including the Green Bay Packers’ Titletown Development, Nashville’s East Bank redevelopment adjacent to the Tennessee Titans new stadium, and the Tampa Bay Rays’ Tropicana Field redevelopment. She provides real estate consulting services including market and financial analysis, fiscal and economic impact work, implementation strategy, and development partner selection for sports teams, private and institutional landowners (such as universities), public entities, and real estate developers. Her clients span locations across the country, focused on urban reinvestment and suburban infill.
Since joining the firm in 2010, Erin has engaged with a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors to provide market and economic analysis that guides development and planning decisions. Her first roles at RCLCO were as a generalist across the firm’s practice areas. She then spent five years as the Real Estate Economics’ Director of Consulting, leading human capital initiatives and related business strategy in addition to directing project work for clients.
Erin draws upon a broad background in planning and development and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania. She resides in Washington, D.C. where she spends her weekends at D.C. United and Washington Spirit games and is an avid swimmer, skier, and hiker.
