Adam Ostler is a Principal in RCLCO’s Management Consulting practice. Adam works with a wide variety of companies throughout the industry to craft and execute organizational strategy, capital strategy, company strategy and other growth initiatives. His collaboration with executive teams has resulted in transformational strategies for real estate companies across all industry sectors.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Adam spent several years at Extra Space Storage, a S&P 500 company, on their acquisitions team where he sourced, negotiated, and closed real estate transactions in major markets across the United States. Adam also worked as Vice President of Investments at Supply Side Investments, a real estate private equity group focused on national real estate investments.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Brigham Young University where he was a member of the business strategy club, real estate club, management consulting club, and finance society. Adam also earned a Master’s in Business Administration from UCLA Anderson.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and baby girl. Adam enjoys quite a few outdoor activities including his favorites of golfing and skiing.
