Rick Pollack is a Managing Director based in RCLCO Fund Advisor’s Washington, DC office. Since joining RCLCO, Rick has focused on the firm’s institutional accounts. His work has included the sourcing and underwriting of fund investments, programmatic joint venture relationships, and operating company investments. He has had a particular focus on residential investment opportunities, including conventional multifamily, single-family build-to-rent and student housing. Rick is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC), and a former member of its Emerging Leaders Committee.
Rick’s expertise includes sourcing and underwriting investments and developing plans to improve asset and portfolio performance. His efforts have helped to maximize development opportunities, increase operational efficiency, and drive additional asset and portfolio value. He also provides oversight of clients’ investments in real estate operating companies, focusing on business planning, strategic growth, capital formation, operational profitability and valuation.
Prior to joining RCLCO, Rick spent nine years with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Public Institutions group, where he developed and executed creative, cost-saving real estate solutions for local, state and federal government organizations.
Rick holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
