Ann focuses on market feasibility analyses across a variety of land uses and manages compensation consulting engagements in RCLCO’s growing management consulting practice
Ann Slater is a Vice President in the Real Estate Economics (REE) team based out of Bethesda, Maryland. Ann has broad-based experience in market feasibility studies, development strategy, fiscal impact studies, and supply/demand analysis in markets nationwide, with a particular specialty in the multifamily and build-for-rent sectors. She regularly works with RCLCO’s Compensation Consulting business conducting benchmarking studies for leading real estate organizations.
In addition to client work, she spearheaded and manages RCLCO’s team of researchers who support the firm’s various analytical and strategic engagements.
Ann’s professional career spans 20 years in real estate economics and feasibility as an employee and independent consultant. Prior to rejoining RCLCO, Ann worked independently for six years as a military spouse and mother of four children.
Ann received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
