Caroline Flax Ganz is a Vice President based in Washington, DC. Her experience includes highest-and-best use analyses, strategic development analyses, and market opportunity analyses with a particular focus on mixed-use master planned projects in both urban and resort settings.
Prior to joining RCLCO in 2022, Caroline was a Senior Associate at The Meridian Group based in Bethesda, Maryland, where she focused execution of development activities. Her primary project was The Boro, where she worked from construction start through stabilization on Phase 1, which consisted of 1.7 million square feet of office, retail, and residential.
Caroline graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Urban and Regional Studies and a minor in Real Estate.
Caroline was previous Young Leaders Group Steering Committee Chair for the Urban Land Institute, and in her spare time serves as the chapter advisor of her social sorority at American University.
