Jake helps clients make strategic decisions about growth and development
Based in Washington, D.C., Jake directs a variety of assignments, specializing in highest-and-best use analyses for mixed-use developments and market opportunity analyses for urban infill sites. He also has extensive experience with fiscal and economic analyses, working with clients in both the public and private sectors to understand the impacts of development on local budgets and economies.
Outside of his consulting work, Jake serves as the Team Supervisor for Analysts, Associates, and Senior Associates on the Real Estate Economics team, overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of team members across all six offices. Jake also played an integral role in the development of the Neighborhood Atlas, a tool created in conjunction with the ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing to classify and analyze economic, demographic, and development trends in American neighborhoods.
Prior to joining RCLCO in 2015, Jake attended Cornell University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science with honors in Urban and Regional Studies and minors in Real Estate and Business.
Jake is an active member of ULI Washington, currently serving as co-chair of its Young Leaders Group. Outside of work, Jake is a close follower of international singing competitions, having previously attended the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö. Formerly a member of the Men’s Heavyweight Rowing team at Cornell, he also stays active through running and interval training.
